Do
I need to "join" anything to buy?
Absolutely not.
During the checkout process, the shopping cart
"registers" you so that you can receive email
confirmation of shipment and tracking information.
The only difference in this process is that you need to
provide a user name and password so that your

Where do you ship?
OUGPress.com currently ships only to destinations in the continental United
States,
Federal Express (FEDEX) and United Parcel Service (UPS) ship. If you want
immediate delivery, consider purchasing an electronic version of a work.

What
are your shipping rates/times?
In certain circumstances OUGPress.com has special shipping terms, usually as part of a
holiday special or volume purchase. Your packages may be subject to the
customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order
shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Shipping
times are not calculated to start until the second business day following the
date of the order; continental United States only.
YOUR ONLY REMEDY UNDER THE DELIVERY GUARANTEE WILL BE A REFUND OF THE SHIPPING FEES
ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR GUARANTEED
ACCELERATED DELIVERY.
Rates and timing are
subject to change at any time, particularly for holiday
shopping based upon shipper deadlines and delivery
schedules. Accordingly, do not delay a purchase
with the understanding that guaranteed shipping will be
available at any time the future.

for your shipping address, your order will be shipped by
USPS and not FEDEX or UPS at the same cost because these
carriers cannot deliver to those addresses and we cannot
manage order revision.

What is
your return policy?
OUGPress.com has a conditional return policy
depending upon the nature of the item sold. Sales of books are final,
because, once the back is broken or cover bent, it is no longer resalable. However, in
many cases, we offer programs; any such programs are always in writing and
posted. For example, during holidays, OUGPress often offers early holiday
purchase volume discounts coupled with 100% money back guarantee provided only
one of the books is used. The purpose is to provide comfort in volume gift
buying. See Holiday Specials.

Designating Orders as
Gifts
If you want to send a gift, merely mark the item as a
gift during the ordering process. You may send the items in your
Shopping Cart to different shipping addresses--simply specify the name and
shipping address of each recipient when you fill out the order form.
You can have ONE
shipped to your gift recipient; please specify this
during the checkout process. Included in the
price of shipment, for the
ORIGINAL
PRINTING currently shipping, we are sending the book in
red foil
envelopes
that are already suitable as
gift packaging. If you would like to add a gift
card, that is a
product
option.

Do you ship
internationally?
Yes. However, all
international orders are subject to cost review.
There is no priority service; all orders are shipped by
USPS AIR. These orders are not trackable and are
not guaranteed for delivery. A representative
will contact the purchaser by electronic mail with a
price quotation estimate if the order has any
fulfillment issues; if no response is
received within three (3) business days, the order will
be canceled.

Will an
author personalize the work?
We appreciate the
request, which is customary. However, it depends upon multiple
factors, such as our schedule, author's availability and time of year.
ORDERS CANNOT BE CONDITIONED UPON PERSONALIZATION
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Because fulfillment is
generally separated from customer service, if you are interested in a
personalized copy of any work, please send an email
request to
signatureRequest@OUGPress.com after placing an
order. If you want a specific message and/or
greeting, please indicate the same. Although not
required, it is highly recommended that you put the book
name and your customer number/order number, so we can
match your request to your order. We will endeavor
to obtain the signature, but do not guarantee it.
If you will waive and shipment timing within a certain
period, please indicate the same. We reserve the
right to change this policy at any time.
